I am a passionate entrepreneur and management expert in digital transformation, growth engineering in dynamic environments and restructuring and pivoting with over 20 years of experience in stock listed companies, SMEs and start-ups/scale-ups.

Thereof more than 15 years in C-level positions as CEO in companies with B2B business models with a focus on SaaS, platform and marketplace models in a wide variety of industries (also internationally/EMEA).

This goes hand in hand with my focus on growth engineering, (digital) innovation and sustainable growth with strong analytical, communicative, team building and leadership skills (New Leadership).

After completing my studies and Master's in Business Administration at the HSG in St. Gallen (CH), my professional career began with the IPO and market launch of HDTV in Germany at Premiere (now Sky).

In other professional positions, I was jointly responsible for the digital transformation (mainly through M&A acquisitions of digital startups) of Axel Springer International and have now been working successfully for 15 years as an entrepreneur, founder, CEO and consultant in various environments, from startups to SMEs and private equity.

In all these years, I have been able to gain extensive experience that I would like to share with other equally passionate founders and C-level executives.
