My engagement process includes an initial, in-depth consultation to understand your requirements, followed by a detailed analysis and assessment of the status quo (1-2 day workshop). This results in proposals for tailored solutions, implementation planning as well as ongoing support and C-level sparring to ensure the desired results in the long term.

Do you offer ongoing support after the initial project completion?

Yes, I offer ongoing support to ensure the long-term success of my consulting. This can be data-based tracking of implementation success after a digital transformation project or after a program to increase growth and revenues. As well as targeted adjustments if necessary.
I also offer pure sparring and access to my network (digital experts, strategic partners, potential customers, etc.) for executives to complement their capacity, workforce and skills or simply to better achieve the growth goals of C-level executives.
